I should point out, after last night’s documentary, that our agent isn’t yet lying, cheating, or stealing. Not that that makes me any happier just at the minute.

    I can give you a file on how badly we were treated by a certain National Estate Agency, a litany of deceit, malpractice and… hey lets not tar them all with the same brush… being St Albans and desireable you could get away with advertising online at the little house company or some other DIY agency rather than paying 3% or whatever the high street rip off agents charge nowadays. They’re all sweetness and light and fawn over you until you accept an offer then they’re like scavengers waiting for the wind fall…. ooo a raw nerve there…?
