Having said that, you're not the first to miss the tenuous associations underpinning my overwrought witticism. Michelle was not, in fact, suffering from panic attacks but from stiff muscles from pilates. My bodyguard shared his anticipate, evacuate, etc strategy with me and I was surprised by its similarity to my toilet strategy prior to flying. It has to do with drinking lots of coffee.</description>
